You needed XPMSSE for custom skeletons so you can have Physics and more complex animations in general, which is what FNIS handles. When its says UUNP has all 3 it means it has Breast, Butt, and Belly physics. To be more specific is will match the armor to your Unp body no matter what slider you select in Bodyslide. I can also answer you other question UUNP means Unified UNP which allows you to morph UNP to any preset based off of it.
